Learn how to incorporate voice work into your personal practice

Are you interested in developing your voice as a tool for self-healing?

Do you want to deepen your personal yoga practice with Sanskrit chanting and mantra?

Do you want to learn simple and powerful ancient sound techniques for calming or stimulating the autonomic nervous system?

Join Andrew Belinsky RYT-500 Viniyoga for this transformation workshop that will teach you simple and effective practices that will help you to rediscover the power and the beauty of your own voice. No experience in yoga or voice work is required. All you need is a desire to learn and an open mind.

This workshop is also appropriate for experienced yogis or teachers that want to deepen their practice or gain more experience with weaving mantra, chanting and toning into their work.

The workshop will begin with an integrated Viniyoga practice to unblock our throat chakra and enliven our spirits. Following the practice will be a short discussion of the principles of use of sound. The program will conclude with a final sacred song circle that will send all participants off into their Sunday with hearts full and auras aglow!

About the Teacher:

Andrew Belinsky (RYT-500, American Viniyoga Institute) guides awakening souls to rediscover the power and beauty of their liberated self expression. As a yogic counselor and vocal transformation coach, his mission is to activate the inner joy and creativite wonder and that is inborn within all humans, families and communities.

Andrew is a true Music Medicine Man for the Modern Age. Since grade school, music has been his vocation, outlet and religion. As a signed, touring musician he honed his skills as a group facilitator, using the platform of the stage as a way to connect with audiences around the world and to create sacred studio spaces for deeply connected artistic collaboration.

While living in Brooklyn, music became a dark force in his life. He suffered from depression and substance abuse as he isolated himself in his music studio. The hardest (and wisest) decision he ever made was to "give up the gig" of professional musicianship in order to focus on his rehabilitation.

It was through his personal process of soul recovery that Andrew was guided into the circles of yoga, sacred men's work and free expression. It was in these sacred and heart-centered containers where he rediscovered his connection to humanity, Mother Earth and the Universe.

As a healer and facilitator Andrew combines the ancient yogic tools of breath, posture and meditation with cutting edge voice and expression practices in a way that creates powerful consciousness shifts in a short time. He teaches online, locally in San Diego, and at retreats around the world. Along with his wife Flow and daughter Eva, Andrew co-founded Expression Tribe, an online hub and school for healers, artists and visionaries. Currently, Andrew and Flow are unlocking the power of this generation with their transformational online learning journey the Vocal Liberation Program.

Andrew is also currently currently studying to become a yoga therapist with the Soul of Yoga Institute.

Andrew looks forward to playing with you very soon!
